Jackie
Todd

LPC-S, NCC, CEAP, BC-TMH, NERPSCC

Jackie graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She then completed her master’s degree from the University of North Texas, where she majored in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked in several settings over the years, including crisis/mobile services, inpatient facilities, PHP/IOP programs, EAP settings, and outpatient services. Her extensive experience has helped guide her passion into assisting those struggling with burnout and the 3 amigos (anxiety, trauma, and grief). She holds the following license/certifications and specialized trainings:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S)

  • National Certified Counselor (NCC)

  • Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP)

  • Board Certified TeleMental Health Professional (BC-TMH)

  • National Emergency Responder and Public Safety Certified Clinician (NERPSCC)

  • Certified CliftonStrengths Coach

  • Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) trained

  • EMDRIA Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Counselor

  • Gottman Levels I and II Trained

She has a big heart for working with first responders and their spouses, as she is a police wife herself and is aware of the nuances that come with being a member of the blue family. She also particularly enjoys working with medical professionals and has worked in a hospital setting for over 6 years. When she’s not being a counselor, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, working out, a good Netflix series, and engaging in learning opportunities to enhance her counseling knowledge.
