Congrats! You graduated! Now what?

You have finally graduated from your counseling program and are excited to start that next step in being a counselor. I'm sure you are feeling mixed emotions of excitement and fear, as you move forward with your career goals of helping others. You have the education and diploma needed to continue your journey in becoming a counselor, now it's time to gain the additional experience required to be the best professional version of yourself.

What you need is a supervisor who can help you navigate through the challenges of being a counselor. Someone who won’t judge you when you struggle and is open to being vulnerable about their personal journey as well. Someone to push you to be an effective counselor and encourage you to stretch outside of your comfort zone. Someone who can help guide you to create and reach your career goals.
